How to register products for service

Aftersales Service
Enclose a note with the breakdown symptoms of the product you want to repair, your name, and contact information, and please pay the prepaid courier fee (one-way) and send it to the A/S center.

A/S received
It will be automatically accepted in the order of arrival at the A/S center, and it will take an average of 7-10 days for round-trip delivery outside the repair period.

Product Repair
Check and repair the fault symptoms in order of product reception and call if there is a cost to repair it, guide it and repair it

Delivery service
After the repair is completed, conduct a self-test and send the parcel (Head office pays for the delivery)
